All sales are final. ShadowSplitter sells digital products, including Lock and Key Pro. Because these are delivered immediately as downloads and licence keys, and can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds once your purchase has been delivered.
Please try before you buy. Lock and Key, the free version, is available on WordPress.org so you can check that security key login works with your site, your keys and your hosting before purchasing Pro.
Exceptions. We will issue a refund if:
you were charged more than once for the same order by mistake
you bought the same licence twice by accident and haven’t activated the second one
the plugin doesn’t work on your site and our support team can’t fix the problem within 14 days of your purchase
To ask for one of these, contact us at info@shadowsplitter.com within 14 days of purchase, with your order number.
When a refund is given, the licence key for that order is cancelled, and Lock and Key Pro’s features stop working on any site using it.
Your licence keeps working. Your licence never expires, and Lock and Key Pro keeps working even if you stop using our support.
Lock and Key Pro works as described when used on a website running current versions of WordPress, PHP, themes and plugins. You are responsible for keeping your site up to date and backed up. We are not responsible for issues caused by outdated software, conflicts with other plugins or themes, or hosting settings, but we will reasonably help where we can.
